By accessing or using MineVinyl (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MineVinyl is a free, browser-based tool that converts audio files and assembles Minecraft-compatible resource packs. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the site will be available continuously or that generated packs will work with all versions or configurations of Minecraft.

MineVinyl may link to third-party products or services, including affiliate partners such as BisectHosting. These links are provided for convenience only, and any purchases, contracts, or other dealings you enter into with those third parties are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for their services, pricing, availability, or business practices, and we do not control or guarantee the outcome of any transaction made through those links.

• You must only upload audio files that you own or have the legal right to use. Do not upload copyrighted content without appropriate licences.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the resource packs you generate comply with any applicable copyright, licensing, or terms of service requirements — including those of Mojang / Microsoft for Minecraft.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the Site's infrastructure.

The MineVinyl SMP is a free community server provided as-is. By joining you agree to the in-game rules (shown via /rules and on the server page). Moderation decisions, including mutes, rollbacks, and bans, are at our discretion. We may take the server offline, reset parts of the world, or change features at any time; items, builds, and progress are not guaranteed to persist. Cheating, griefing, harassment, and advertising are prohibited. In-game purchases, if offered, are cosmetic only and non-refundable except where required by law.

MineVinyl and its underlying source code are the property of fordz0. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation. MineVinyl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Mojang or Microsoft in any way.

The resource packs you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over any content you create using the tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MineVinyl and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any content generated by it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
